Our 200hr is the perfect way to invest in yourself! Whether you are looking to deepen your own practice or learn how to teach and share the practice you love.
Our approach to this training emphasizes not only practical knowledge of our practice but also how to deepen your own practice.
This training includes not only plenty of asana practice but also pranayama and meditation to help build your confidence in your own practice to enable you to successfully teach others!
Membership to Your Karma with Unlimited Classes Included.
Our 300hr is not only for those who have already moved through the 200hr, but also serious students. Our 300hr training standards and methods of yoga are further developed, progressively point by point, and additionally subtler, and empowers you to educate students with more noteworthy aptitude than could sensibly be expected from a 200-hour yoga teacher training program.
Membership to Your Karma with Unlimited Classes Included.
Our 50hr program is for those students who do not wish to teach but would like to learn more about the Yoga Tradition.
