Our 200hr is the perfect way to invest in yourself! Whether you are looking to deepen your own practice or learn how to teach and share the practice you love.
Our approach to this training emphasizes not only practical knowledge of our practice but also how to deepen your own practice.
This training includes not only plenty of asana practice but also pranayama and meditation to help build your confidence in your own practice to enable you to successfully teach others!
Our 300hr is not only for those who have already moved through the 200hr, but also serious students. Our 300hr training standards and methods of yoga are further developed, progressively point by point, and additionally subtler, and empowers you to educate students with more noteworthy aptitude than could sensibly be expected from a 200-hour yoga teacher training program.
If you are interested in either of our programs and would like to learn more or to register.

If you are coming into our Sunday morning class at 10:30am or our 6:30pm evening class WELCOME! Please know these classes are very well attended, and space is limited. What this means for you is that you need to pre-pay and pre-register for these classes. Teachers can not put students into classes unpaid, and they are unable to run a credit card. If there is space you can pay cash for the class. Thank you, Shelly
