Lunch & Learn
Join Renew Physical Therapy and Your Karma in pursuit of health! In this inciteful workshop we will talk about the body as a system instead of a collection of parts. Learn how sleep, stress, nutrition and physical activity affect function and wellbeing. We'll learn simple strategies to improve each of the key areas.

New Years Eve Yoga, Sound & Fire Puja
Please join us for our yearly New Years Eve class where we dedicate our practice to burn off the Karmas of the previous year. We release all the might have beens, so we can move with grace into the New Year cleansed by the Fire Puja. Cost: $25 donation 100% will be donated to Piedmont Animal Rescue.

Yin Yoga with Sound Healing
Join us for an evening Yin Yoga & Sound Healing. Maryann will lead you through a wonderful Yin sequence designed to release tight connective tissue and muscular tension. As you settle into a long held pose, allow the vibrational energies to move into and through the body as it increases the relaxation of the pose. $35
