Puppies & Yoga with PAR
This event will be as cute and fun as you can imagine. Adorable puppies roaming into the space giving kisses and weaving their playfulness into the practice. New Years Eve Yoga, Sound & Fire Puja
Please join us for our yearly New Years Eve class where we dedicate our practice to burn off the Karmas of the previous year. We release all the might have beens, so we can move with grace into the New Year cleansed by the Fire Puja. Cost: $25 donation 100% will be donated to Piedmont Animal Rescue.

Yin Yoga with Sound Healing
Join us for an evening Yin Yoga & Sound Healing. Maryann will lead you through a wonderful Yin sequence designed to release tight connective tissue and muscular tension. As you settle into a long held pose, allow the vibrational energies to move into and through the body as it increases the relaxation of the pose. $35
