This service is a combination of a specialized form of manual therapy with deep tissue techniques. It uses mostly static pressure to relieve pain. It concentrates on hyper-irritable spots within a tight muscle or its fascia called trigger points. This type of massage is not a full body massage but customized for segmented problem areas of the body.

This is a full body massage designed to increase blood circulation, increase mental and physical relaxation, decrease stress and alleviate muscle tension.  

 This massage is like our custom massage, as it helps to relax muscles, improve circulation, relieve sore muscles, but it is customized to the needs of expectant moms, like positioning on the table and trimester. We do not offer Prenatal massage for mama's in the first trimester or if you are on blood thinners.  .

Hot Stones are added to create a wonderful natural warming treatment any time of the year. Hot Stones help relax the muscles and allow the therapist to manipulate the muscles.
